The last stop you really get to step it up and dance the night away, hopefully with a good group of new friends. I met people who I ended up exchanging socials, and others who I hung around with later in my trip! I did this pub crawl 2 nights in a row, had a great time. I was originally a little skeptical as I was the only one from my hostel joining but the host *Irini* told me we’d be meeting up with others and she wasn’t lying there was 30-40 of us from all over the world. I had plenty of time to chat and get recommendations on what to do and avoid tourists traps from Irini while we walked to meet the others, she was an absolute gem and made the pub crawl a 12/10. Very knowledgeable of the area and knew the exactly what I was looking for. As a traveling bartender it was so helpful Irini knew everything of the area and every style of bar/club/attraction I was asking for. We went to 3 places (first place Boo Bar was a great cocktail place with a rooftop) 2nd was a private venue (a restaurant/bar that had been closed and cleared of it's table). Here was the free flow beer and sangria. As this is a private spot for us, this is where I would say you get to enjoy the party atmosphere (may take you back to your college/Uni days). 3rd place was a club near to the 1st place which had a small dance floor and was packed with the group that we can in, plus other customers. Overall it was an interesting night. I would agree if you came with someone else or was already in a group you might enjoy this more. read less

On top of that, we met some awesome friends! As two young female travelers we felt very safe the entire time. Nina was a fantastic guide! If you have a free night in Athens and want to experience some great alcohol, fantastic views of the acropolis, and fun music all while meeting fellow travelers, this is the bar crawl for you. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it was difficult for us to locate the meeting point (Apple maps takes you to a nearby but incorrect location and the Square can be a bit difficult to identify at night if you’re not familiar with the area), but once we found it, it was an amazing night! read less

The Friday night was an awesome experience too with a larger crowd in which the group was brought together and everyone mingled with each other and got along great. The guide was terrific with great knowledge of local bars and guidance around town. Athens is a beautiful city but finding the top spots can be difficult on your own. The guide also assisted me in ordering a taxi at the end of the night, getting me to my destination which was much appreciated. Thursday night was a bit quiet not being in peak season, but the guides were still great and engaging, in which my friend and I had a blast. The Friday night was an awesome experience too with a larger crowd in which the group was brought together and everyone mingled with each other and got along great. The guide was terrific with great knowledge of local bars and guidance around town. Athens is a beautiful city but finding the top spots can be difficult on your own. The guide also assisted me in ordering a taxi at the end of the night, getting me to my destination which was much appreciated. Will certainly be back in Athens and would love to come back with more friends and do this tour again 🙂 Rick read less

Great fun! Very international group, easy going ppl but a mixture of all kind from younger to older. Organization was good, loved everything would join the next tour right away 🙂

Every day at 22:00! You can also join any time from 22:30 – 00:00, right before the open bar starts!
What Days Does the Pub Crawl Run?
During Summertime (16 APR – 15 OCT) the Crawl runs EVERY NIGHT, no matter what happens 😉
During Wintertime (16 OCT – 15 APR) the Crawl runs every FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Do I Need to Book in Advance?
Not generally but if you would like to make sure that your group / start time won’t be sold out then buy in advance. Advance tickets are available on this website.

If you are in the group of minimum 20 people, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will send you further information.
How Long do we Stay at the Bars?
We spend about one hour at each venue on the way. The last venue doesn’t close until the morning and everyone may stay as long as they like or can.
How do we Know whe we are Leaving Each Bar?
You have friendly, fun, professional hosts wearing WHITE PUB CRAWL T-SHIRTS who will let you know when it is time to leave and then take you to the next place.
Can we Pay by Card?
You may buy tickets online using Paypal or credit card, following this link. All of the Bars accept credit cards.
Is There a Dress Code for the Pub Crawl?
Please wear something. That’s about it.
What are the Bars we Visit?
We never know in advance. It depends on what’s on that night, how many people are in your group, etc.
